Overview

The Product Manager's mission is to lead the generation of the product backlog and oversee the implementation of new features for M3’s flagship Doctors.net.uk platform.

About the Role:

As Fieldwork Manager, reporting to the Fieldwork Director, you will be a key player on any project. You will work closely with the operations team on allocated projects to ensure that the sample is achieved in accordance with the client’s expectations and to specific client’s timelines. You will carry overall responsibility for sampling and manage fieldwork on projects to help ensure that profit is in line with expectation. § Track monitor and report on sampling performance and the impact brought to the M3 GR panel service offering.

    Liaise with both external and internal M3 Global Research moderators for interview appointments and make sure the moderator has all the needed info about the respondent to successfully complete the interview

    Inform the line manager of any recruitment issues, delays and foreseeable problems that can affect the successful delivery of the project, making sure the Project Assistant Manager, Senior Panel Coordinators and the Project Manager are provided with the accurate information. It is expected that the Project Assistant has the judgment to know when they should seek guidance from their seniors prior to a situation becoming critical

    Use social media platforms to recruit market research participants, following the process provided by the marketing team

    Non-project recruitment tasks:

    Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with M3 Global Research panelists

    Reply to respondent queries in timely and professionally manner via the ticketing tool and/or e-mail. Facilitate the resolution of M3 Global Research panelists problems and complaints to maximize their satisfaction

    Test links according to link testing procedure and report the result to the project manager

    Execute small translation requests

    Complete desk research to aid proposal writings for the sales team

    Support the list match work by revising and cleaning allocated lists, following the process provided by the Analytics team

    Provide feedback and ideas of improvement on processes to the line manager

    Requirements

    Desired qualifications, skills and knowledge:

    Degree level or equivalent

    Dutch as a first language or native-like proficiency

    Fluent in English (written and spoken)

    Proficient at Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

    Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data

    Confident on the phone and with e-mail correspondence

    Previous call centre and/ or customer service experience preferred

    Previous call centre and/ or customer service experience preferred and /or basic understanding and knowledge of the healthcare market research business is preferred
