Description:

At M3 we use Agile (Scrum) methodology and a continuous integration and deployment approach to development and testing. We know that communication and collaboration both within the development team and with our internal and external clients is key to our success. We value people over process and have an open and transparent culture. All team members participate in design and architecture discussions. We see personal development as a continual process and provide our people with the resources they need to achieve this, such as PluralSight subscriptions for example and a chance to gain knowledge new tools/tech via appropriate side projects.

We build products, platforms and services that are extensible and scalable. Currently our stack is a fully 12-factor microservice architecture utilising docker containers managed by Mesos and Marathon. Our full tech stack is predominantly consists of React and React Native, Nodejs, Redis, Mongo, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git & CircleCI but we continually evaluate new tools and technologies and add them to the stack where they add value. Other technologies used include headless CMS’s and static site generators. We mix the established and the new as appropriate, having come from a strong .NET heritage, but judging tech on its merits rather than its vendor.
