Requirements

  • Contribute to the full stack design and development of web applications

Person Specification

Essential

  • 1+ years experience in a development role
  • Strong JavaScript skills, specifically node.js and React
  • Good understanding of HTTP and REST
  • Good understanding of Git
  • Database experience – Postgres or other relational databases
  • Able to grasp new concepts and master new tools quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and delivery focussed
  • Good understanding of Agile process

Desirable

  • Typescript
  • Experience with an OO language (preferably C# but Java still beneficial)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases e.g. MongoDB

Overview of the Role:

As a Qualitative Project Assistant, your responsibility will be the coordination of a qualitative project and with assisting the Project Manager in making sure the project is delivered in accordance with the requirements given by the client.

You will be one of the key players in the execution of a qualitative project as you will liaise with respondents, vendors, freelancers, translation agencies checking quality of the deliverables before they are passed on to the client.


Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Qualitative Project Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

Recruitment of respondents on a project in your local language, including recruitment from our global Panel.

·Call and confirm and re screen respondents that took an online screener

Confirm respondents prior to the field dates

Send out confirmation emails/study materials/links to respondents via the MR system

Responsibility for the management and control of the vendors on qualitative projects allocated to you, ensuring that M3 meets client expectations.

Supporting the Project Manager on the project in terms of vendor management and checking deliverables

·Negotiate costs and set up freelancers on qualitative projects and manage them throughout the project

·Negotiate and set up recruitment agencies/translation agencies/moderators/simultaneous translators/facilities on qualitative projects and manage them throughout the project

· Maintain and develop a relationship with the freelancers and vendors on the behalf of M3 Global Research

· Checking deliverables such as transcripts/recruitment updates/reports before they are being passed on to the client

· Liaising with client in absence of PM, advising on any schedule changes etc

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

Essential

· Fluency in German, both oral and written (native speaker preferred)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Experience of working directly with clients and working to tight specifications and deadlines

Overview of the Role:

Are you someone who can quickly build a rapport on the phone? Do you have excellent Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Danish and English language skills? Project Assistants are responsible for reaching out to healthcare professionals and consumers to encourage participation in our global panel. Ensuring we continue to grow our global panel is key to us being able to execute our research projects on behalf of our pharma and other clients. This position is based at our beautiful office in London, though we’ll happily consider UK remote candidates as well.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Recruitment

Ensure that recruitment tasks assigned for projects are fully executed

Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and carry out cold calling to recruit respondents on allocated projects

Proactively plan, organise and implement panel recruitment solutions on allocated projects, aiming to maximise internal resources, reduce outsource cost and ensure successful project delivery

·Provide updates in the given format and timings to the project management team on the work done for projects, progress, results and action plans to deliver the allocated studies within the provided timelines and specs

·Flag to the Panel Manager and Coordinator projects of concern, when recruitment progress is off track and it is likely to require partners

·Ensure that outsource targets for the Nordic projects are achieved

Panel building and engagement

Ensure that monthly registrations targets are met for the Nordic Panel

·Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses

·Call users to reactivate their accounts

Execute the allocated panel building initiatives for the Nordics.

Support work:

· Provide high quality support to M3 Global Research members via telephone and email/support ticket communication.

· Work across multiple systems to investigate, troubleshoot and handle inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution

· Work with the Project Management team to resolve project specific issues for members/respondents

· Ensure that respondent inquiries are handled according to company policy regarding outcomes and time to resolution

· Build and maintain strong relationships with the panel members through timely and professional communication

· Provide input on and assist with updating communication procedures, guidelines, and enhancements to the Support Ticket System

· Work with other members of the global Panel team, report and resolve potential issues with internal and external systems and processes

· Support list match work when Nordic language skills are required

· Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on M3 data quality procedures

· Complete the verification process for newly registered members

· Complete link testing for online Market Research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners

Requirements

Desired qualifications, skills and knowledge:

Degree level or equivalent

Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Danish as a first language or native-like proficiency

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Proficient at Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data

Confident on the phone and with e-mail correspondence

Previous call centre and/ or customer service experience preferred

Previous call centre and/ or customer service experience preferred and /or basic understanding and knowledge of the healthcare market research business is preferred

Finnish/ French/ Dutch/ German language skills are considered a plus
