Cookie Policy

M3 Global Research ("we", "us" or "our") collects information about your activity on the Sites using technologies such as cookies, including third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Pixel), web beacons, and server log files.

By using our website and agreeing to this policy, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of this policy.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file (containing numbers and letters) placed in your computer’s browser to store your preferences. A cookie can be accessed only by the server that originally created the cookie. We use two types: session cookies and persistent cookies.

Session Cookies

Allow websites to link the actions of a user during a browser session. They may be used for a variety of purposes such as remembering what a user has put in their shopping basket as they browse around a site. They could also be used for security when a user is accessing internet banking or to facilitate use of webmail. These session cookies expire after a browser session and would not be stored long term.

Persistent Cookies

M3 Global Research obtains personal data of Representatives that is disclosed or otherwise processed by M3 Global Research upon entering into and performing agreements, communicating with Business Associates in relation to agreements and making and receiving payments under agreements. We also may obtain Representatives' personal data from public sources in anticipation of a prospective business relationship.

A cookie cannot store or send back any information to us that you have not specifically and voluntarily provided while on a Site, or that is not among the information mentioned above that is contained in every user’s browser (e.g., domain name, browser type).

Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information; however, once you choose to furnish a Site with personally identifiable information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie. Cookies can be used by web servers to identify and track users as they navigate different pages on a website and identify users returning to a website.

Web Beacons

A Web beacon is a clear graphic image that is placed on a web site or in an email that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the web site or sending the email. It is often used in combination with cookies.

When the small piece of code for the web beacon points to a site to retrieve the image, at the same time it can pass along information such as the IP address of the computer that retrieved the image, the time the web beacon was viewed and for how long, the type of browser that retrieved the image and previously set cookie values.

We and our third-party business partners use the information automatically generated by cookies and web beacons, as well as other information that we or they have, to provide you with an optimal website experience.

At this time, the Sites do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include "do not track" instructions. However, you can change your privacy preferences regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies through your browser.

Digital Fingerprinting

As it is very essential to market research business to provide the highest data quality research to our clients, digital fingerprinting and watermarking technology is used that gathers a number of data points from your computer, such as operating system version, browser version, plug-in, etc., and assigns a relative weight to each data point. The data gathered is put through deterministic algorithms to create a unique digital fingerprint of each computer. The digital fingerprint identifies fraudulent behavior or duplicate participation in a survey. With device fingerprinting technologies, no PII is ever collected.
